Early access
Run the game. Hireling keeps the notes.
Hireling records your tabletop session and turns it into a living campaign codex: the people, places, and threads of your world, written down while you stay at the table.
How it works
- 1
Record the session
Hit record on your laptop or phone at the table, or upload the audio you already have. Multi-mic setups keep each voice on its own track.
- 2
Hireling does the bookkeeping
After the session, it transcribes the audio, writes a GM summary and a spoiler-free player recap, and pulls out every person, place, and thread that came up.
- 3
Your world, written down
Everything lands in a Codex: a browsable graph of your campaign. Hireling proposes updates, you accept or edit them. Nothing is written into your world without you.
Everything a hireling should carry
The notes, the recap, the who-was-that. You run the game.
A Codex that grows with the game
NPCs, locations, factions, items, and quests, each with its own page and its connections to everything else. The tavern knows who drinks there.
Two audiences, one session
A GM summary with the secrets left in, and a player recap with them left out. Send the recap before next session and skip the "previously on."
Ask your campaign a question
Who did the party promise to meet in Harrow? Hireling answers from your sessions and your notes, and only from those.
It learns your names
Correct a misheard name once and Hireling remembers the spelling for every session after. Your lexicon, not a generic one.
Any system, any table
Built for game masters, not one ruleset. Ships with monster catalogs for D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, and Dungeon World to start.
You stay the author
Hireling proposes. You decide. Every AI change to your world is a suggestion you can accept, edit, or dismiss.
