This page covers the gethireling.com website and its waitlist. The Hireling product is in early access; when it opens, this policy will be expanded to cover session recordings and campaign data before any of that is collected from you.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter, the page you entered it on, and the time.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and debugging. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To send you one email when your early-access invite is ready.
- To send a confirmation that you joined, so you know it worked.
- Nothing else. No newsletter, no marketing sequences, no selling or sharing of your address.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist addresses are stored in a Neon Postgres database. Emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service. Each of these providers processes data only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until early access ends and we delete the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email privacy@gethireling.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it. Replying to the confirmation email works too.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date above and, if you are on the waitlist, tell you by email.
